The Corel knowledgebase article is not dated, but Norton says this file was released about 2 months ago, but fewer than 50 Norton users have used it, so it seems not many people have had this problem. VS now loads and runs (thank goodness) but (1) is much slower to load (waiting for longer than usual at the splash screen) and (2) Norton is flagging something about firewall issues but I cannot read it because the Norton screen is directly behind the Corel splash screen and I cant move them separately.

I used it earlier this evening, closed the program, then tried to open it again to do more editing. X9 has been running fine since I installed it a few months ago.
